We also empower associates to seek out development opportunities that challenge them when they are ready. Our culture of “develop each other” indicates development is a two-way street between associates and their manager, who are encouraged to work together to create opportunities that are challenging and enable growth.

4yThank you for your review. Holder values our associates, and we are sorry you had a negative experience with us. We believe open and frequent communication is crucial on our projects, and we continuously look for ways to facilitate better communication on our teams. We also acknowledge the long hours many projects require to deliver strong results to our clients, but would never want extended hours to be the result of internal miscommunication or mismanagement. We support work-life balance and encourage our associates to utilize their PTO throughout the year to recharge.
