The people truly care about your well being and success in the company and in your personal life and goals. Great communication with higher ups and a great community to work with.

Cons

Lots of work to be done on jobs with not many people to tackle it. Long hours and sometimes tough to keep a work life balance.

While work-life balance is difficult industry-wide, we understand it affects associate performance and our success as a company. We care about each associates’ wellbeing and provide benefits, such as Paid Time Off, annual bonus program, Wellness Program, Employee Assistance Program, etc., to help to offset this.

Cons

The work-life balance can be trying at times. However, Holder does provide you with an amazing team, support, and the resources to help you keep that balance.
