COVID-19 has presented many challenges to the workplace, but Holder has risen to meet that challenge by striving to meet our clients’ needs and keep jobsites operational. This has changed the way work, communicate, and implement safety protocols. With an incredible technology team, a safety-first mindset, and a focus on upholding our company culture, we stay on a successful path. Throughout COVID we have continued to hire new associates and interns. Our interns and new hires always jump right in with responsibilities that are valued and truly needed to keep us successful.

We care about each associates’ well being and provide benefits, such as Paid Time Off, annual bonus program, Wellness Program, Employee Assistance Program, etc., to help to offset this. We encourage associates to ask for help when they feel workload has become unmanageable.

      Pros

      Their culture is truly unmatched in the industry even from what I have seen outside of the industry. They care about your development and support you in achieving professional milestones.

      Cons

      Holder does believe in keeping the company lean, that way they can support all associates during unique times. Because of this strategy, you may feel that you are stretched thin at times or handling more than you think you can chew. However, there is always a team fully supporting you with management that listens to your needs or concerns and helps to make changes.
