      Pros

      Allows for creativity in the workplace. There isn't as strong of structure as some competitors. Hotel discounts. Great team of people to work with! Can definitely feel the support from Senior Management.

      Sort of fun atmosphere. I did over 2,000 steps a day showing the resort.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. The main director is a huge jerk, treats the sales agents like they are children. No respect for sales agents and denied time off for important family events. The main manager is just burned out, indifferent, always looks pissed off, and talks down to sales agents if they can’t make a sale. No one wanted the product, they had us basically manipulating people into buying a timeshare package. Ridiculous!
