The Time Share industry has a BAD Reputation. So the best way to lose a client is to be overly aggressive with your presentation. This is the reason why People don't like or trust the industry because they feel like you're going to con them... So if possible, don't sell the property and the cost, sale the value of the services that are provided by the company. If the buyer has Kids make the experience more than a bill in the mail. Make it a GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE FAMILY TO GET SOME QUALITY TIME WITH THE KIDS AND FAMILY TO MAKE SOME PRICELESS MEMORIES, REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH IT COST, MONEY COMES AND GOES BUT FAMILY IS FOREVER. THIS IS HARDER TO SAY ON THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL... I WAS TOP 10% IN THE COMPANY MY 1ST YEAR.

You learn how to speak well with others and you gain confidence.

Cons

It is performance based so if you are not up to standard they will let you go. The tours that come in are supposedly pre qualified but most of the time they are not qualified and it is up to the sales consultant to figure it out. You can waste a lot of your time.
