Pros
It's a really great company overall! Training was very informative and thorough! Management and trainer was always Pleasant and patient and willing to help us learn. The benefits were good and the hotel discounts were even better!
Cons
I personally never wanted to be an outbound collections agent. When I applied for the job I understood it would be mostly inbound. However overall, collecting is just not for me! The other thing was the changing schedules every 6 weeks. Every day your schedule was different. So it was hard for me to get used to a regular sleep and/or meal schedule like that. Again this is my own personal issue not necessarily a con for the company. I certainly would work there again if only I could apply for a different position.
