      Pros

      Great commission pay IF you can sell the product. Which is rare for most people, but they sure will lead you on to do what they want you to do.

      Cons

      Deceptive. False sense of customer service to the customers and employees. It's all fake. You have to be some sort of fake to work here. Very demanding of your energy. Every day. No holidays or weekends to spend with your own family. No exceptions. And you better fit in or you won't last up there.

      Potential, needs to go back from where it all started. (*Family Oriented*)

      Cons

      They base them selves on family and how oriented it will be, after just being hired on for a few weeks was let go because i had to choose between the schedule or my kids not being picked up from day care. Would not even adjust or reason.
