Holiday Inn Club Vacations reviews

My experience with this company was a nightmare almost since the very beginning. They have very poor managerial skills, the hard working people get overworked while the lazy and chit chatting ones get promoted. Backstabbing there is a daily thing, coming from everywhere, from the people on the floor to your managers and even Human Resources. I know of an employee who got fired because she was diagnosed with Cancer, and someone who file a Harassment Complaint on Human Resources and got fired because of it, and the harasser got promoted instead of penalized. Like I said, unless you have no other choice, please STAY AWAY of this toxic place.

I was promised performance bonus, never got it nor did I get my raise at beginning of new year. Expectations are to high...they over promise and under deliver. Was ask to take on more responsibility and promised to be compensated....did not get it. Was up for promotion and recommended for position....position was given to a fiend of a a friend......bad politics. I left a great job to take this position because they recruited me......lots broken promises. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone....not even my enemy
