      Good work life balance, great discounts and perks for employees, benefits package is above average, and the people you work with make this place worth the time.

      Cons

      Upper management is oblivious to anything that seems beneath them. Very little room for advancement and continuous changing of company standards leaves no consistency for employees to follow

      Commissions, lodging discounts. Possibility of 6 figure income.

      Cons

      As has become the standard lately, unattainable metrics. If you have four bad weeks in a rolling 90 day period you're out. Plus, in any given week if you don't meet the metrics, then no commission. Even though you may have had many sales. You earned money for the company but not for you. Very pretty resort in Orlando. But the company is rotten to the core.
