Pros

The top management likes to drink, be belligerent to staff and create an unpleasant work environment where you feel your job is in jeopardy daily. Openly showing dislike for mid level team members is unprofessionalism at its finest. Slapped on the wrist and sent back to terrorize staff. Nice !!!!

Cons

The biggest con is not fully understanding the pros listed above until after you have been hired.

Pros

Excellent perks - Theme park tickets were the best!! Great holiday party and lots of family/employee centered events throughout the year.

Cons

Some of the upper management was questionable. It seems that you really have to kiss up a little to get somewhere.

Vacation Telesales

Pros

Best compensation plan in the business

Cons

They feed their top reps the good leads from the good reservation centers. The East Coast is where the money is, so if you take calls from the Central or West Coast all night then you will work for $8/per hour. And like any other timeshare company the reservation agents build a bond with the guest and the guest feels obligated to be transferred to you but then they cut you off as you telling them who you are and why they were transferred and say "no, I'm not interested" and you get paid on conversion (number of sales for the amount of calls you take) or the guest puts their teenager on the phone to take the call. Stay away from telesales period! No matter what company.
