      Everyone is super nice and always willing to help. They have made me feel like a part of the team since day 1; I am treated like an adult; no micromanaging.

      Cons

      I have not complaints; I enjoy the team I am on and the job I am doing.

      Disorganized, software not efficient

      Pros

      Nice people. Manager overall supportive.

      Cons

      Software was not efficient for the job (have worked at similar company in similar outbound positions and had the software and tools necessary). Not fully integrated call based software, just Salesforce with a dialer. Many leads they give are not sellable, too many packages in the past or their contracts not up to date.
