The work schedule is a bit difficult to manage along with life. Earlier shifts would be amazing.

Decent benefits, constant change. Enjoyed people I worked with just not mgmt

Cons

Underpaid, not straightforward and honest. Treated sales and marketing better than the resort side staff. Turned head to illegal things when the person was making the company money. Micro managed. No work life balance. Would get called at midnight for items already discussed during day.
