Pros

The company provides an extensive onboarding and training. The initial training for Sales & Marketing reps lasts two weeks and memorization of a script is required to pass the final written & verbal exam. After the initial training is completed, there is support in the field in the form of T.O. Managers and Trainers. The compensation plan is slightly more generous than at big brand competitors such as Wyndham & Hilton,

Cons

Very structured environment. The company inspects what it expects. If you do not like to follow a script, this may not be a place for you. The benefit package is outdated; the company does not offer a parental leave.

Pros

They offer the best training in the industry!

Cons

Should be VERY easy to hire TOP TALENT and have a team established. Top talent leaves HICV everyday and it’s not the talent or the training.
