Commissions and hours are great, overall management is helpful and training is top notch and consistent

Cons

Have to work every Saturday and Sunday. Number can be a bit challenging to hit. Lots of pressure if you don't make a sale.

Cons

Work can be a bit monotonous. At a disadvantage if you don't know SQL/MS Access.
