      Pros

      The working environment is great at the location that I worked in. We are just like a family. Our Management level are supportive and take their employees in consideration for next development.

      Cons

      Peak season is a choas. They need to update the IT equipment and software for front desk to improve the check-in/out services.

      They will hire anybody that can read a script. I like the weekly pay.

      Cons

      They manipulate the word "INBOUND" , it is NOTTTTTT. Holiday Inn will have people cold call IHG members. They will ask if they want to take a "survey" for 500 points or get a ihg member who booked a reservation then get transferred to you. 7/10 the IHG Member will have NOOOO IDEA why they were transfer to you and it is cold lead. You will be engaging with them from a OUTBOUND SALES ROLE.
