Pros

They have great core values/principles (but they are not practiced at the site level). They have integrity, and for the most part, have integrity and don't pitch much heat. They do value their members and treat their members well. About half of their resorts are nice, and their Orlando flagship resort is amazing.

Cons

Work/Life balance is horrible. In addition to the grueling hours, in Sales, you are constantly being evaluated with "ride alongs" from their trainers and managers which adds even more pressure, additional time and work, and disruption, to your sales flow which is just one of many examples of how the company unnecessarily makes it a difficult environment. They literally over train their staff. It is a "good" company with good intentions, but they are very, very difficult to work for in many regards. I saw a lot of extremely talented people burn out quickly because of all of the hours and repetitive training.
