Great potential but inconsistency in policy follow thru
Pros
Great company with impressive history and foundation. Money is comparable for market, benefits are great.
Cons
Corporate doesn't have a strong understanding of the sites challenges but tries to make changes across the board to all. One solution doesn't fit for all. They state they encourage open feedback but when you do, VP level state you are negative rather than positive. The need for sales to be successful overpowers or becomes more important than the decisions of what is ethical and legal. Policies, practices and procedures are hand picked when they are applied based on who makes the company the most money. There are leaders that have had major disciplinary concerns but were not terminated due to their position or relationship with executive team, while others were terminated immediately for a very small infraction in comparison.
