Pros

The training was decent. However, what is taught in training is not successful on the phones. You are taught by the seasoned vets to change everything in order to be successful.

Cons

Mangement are a bunch of selfish liars. Don’t believe anything management or the recruiters tell you. They are all liars.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review about your employment experience with us. We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied during your time here, and we want you to know we've passed your concerns along to our leadership team so they can fully review and address your concerns. The training curriculum is purposely structured to lay a firm foundation from which to build upon. New Hire training develops a baseline so new hires can be coached and evaluated effectively. As they become seasoned veterans, experienced agents learn how to persuade using different techniques and approaches still following the Trust, Need, Help, Hurry sales model. Veterans often have good intentions by trying to help new hires expedite their learning curve and in doing so may cause confusion which may have happened here. Thank you for providing your feedback and helping us making HCV a better place to work. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Willing to hire limited experience and it's great first job experience. If you stick it out for a couple years then you should be able to get higher offers elsewhere. Job Security is pretty good

Cons

Happiness hear will very GREATLY depending on which department your work in, and who you report to within that department Hours worked each week can get high. Big issue if salaried. Pay is below what you'd receive elsewhere. If it's your first job, it wont sting as much. Management can be very difficult to work under in some departments. I'm sure some are okay, but others can be a condescending, unreasonable, and prone to micromanaging. Some depts promote freely, some you may not see one for years if ever. Benefits are probably average to below average. Small 4% 401k match.
