      Pros

      Great insurance, vacation time, and sales training, rewards. The summer you have opportunity to make GREAT money

      Cons

      Very very numbers driven however set their standards to almost impossible measures. Blacked out vacation days all through summer and holidays. Not family friendly with vacation time ironically.

      Pros

      Great pipe line, customers are not hard to deal with product almost sells it self with holiday inn club Vacations name on it.

      Cons

      Co workers and management, if you don't fit in to their circle, or your starting over in life this is not the place for you. I was harrased daily by both co-workers and management to intimated to go to hr because i did not want to loose my job. They will make you so uncomfortable you don't even want to go to work. A person can't just work and go home with out being consistently antagonize about being different.

      Hotel discounts were great fantastic! Amazing

      Cons

      The hours and the control the trainer has over trainee is ridiculous. Very unprofessional woman twerking in the classroom and males showing images of their private parts.
