      Best company I have ever worked for! I love the transparency and family-feel environment that they've fostered.

      Cons

      Company is still growing so there are a lot of changes still happening which is also a pro because you get to be involved in the changes and growth!

      Constant turnover change events daily. Poor Management with little emotional IQ. No loyalty to staff. Tribalism.
