      Immoral managers: Liars and sycophants who pay low wages.

      Pros

      Paid Time Off is accrued quickly.

      Cons

      Managers are lazy and do not train their employees to competency. When those employees make mistakes, they are fired. Then the managers lie about policies so that those terminated cannot claim unemployment benefits. Managers only promote sycophants. Everyone makes $12/hour.

      - They care about personal development for the interns as they put on an event just for them every week - Very friendly employees, low hierarchy with everyone being approachable - Amazing company culture

      Cons

      It's a smaller scale operation. Some people will prefer that, but it comes with the stereotypical cons any small/medium sized business comes with such as benefits and resources.

      Pros

      Management will abuse you if successful. Gaslighting employees is an understatement, Management misuses their authority to bully employees creating a toxic environment. They took pleasure in telling me all my co-workers and hotel employees spoke poorly behind my back, however half the time they initiated it. Their lies and abuse is not worth a paycheck or your sanity. They are shameless and if you fall into their deceitful web of lies you will lose your dignity. My THREE overbearing managers couldn’t handle a new marketer becoming more successful then themselves. And the most favored by guests and owners. If you want to be very successful and succeed, then stay away. Oh, thank you for the less then satisfactory reference that costed me a job opportunity.
