      Pros

      Growing company with competitive compensation plans and benefits. It is a fun environment to work in. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company if you are willing to relocate.

      Cons

      The standards are extremely high and there are a lot of hurdles put in place to be able to accomplish them. It can be discouraging working for a company that stands in the way more than paving the way. There is lack of freedom and at the same time a lack of direction.
