Positive culture and environment, opportunity for growth and development, rewards and recognition, bonuses, medical, dental and vision benefits. Great employee discounts on hotels and resorts on IHG and company perks website.

Cons

If you are not used to processes it can be a transition. If you are not goal driven and motivated you may not meet the performance standards.

Amazing compensation plan with room to grow within the company. Can earn spiffs (next day cash bonus) which is awesome!! Great culture with team members and guest. Opportunity to attend Masters Trip if you excell with your goals/ numbers.
