There is a lack of structuralism in this department and it's due to the rapid growth and company acquisitions but in time these will iron themselves out...

Company tells employees to handle calls one way and two seconds later its not right. If and employee is considered on the inside with managers they will have opportunity to advance. Although these employees are not meeting sells goals or met the 6months requirement they are transfer other departments. Some are on their final write up but they get promoted.
