      Great training and great company to advance in a career of sales. Compensation is amazing.

      Cons

      The separation between training and management is huge. Your trainers care more for you as a person and success than any manager in this company will. All managers and directors see here is dollar signs whether it’s employees or clients. Besides that, training is great within the company and places you in a position to succeed.
