There is favoritism. Management frowns on college education. They believe you must work for years to move up and college education is irrelevant. Managers do not have college education and do not know how to deal with employees. They are closed minded to innovatative ideas. Loyal employees who have been with the company for years leave because there is no opportunity to move up.

You will NOT get time off; company churns-and-burns employees; the pay changes ALL THE TIME, so it's very difficult to earn top dollar; if you are not a consistent producer, you WILL be let go; regardless of what they say, there is no "team" environment -- if you do not look out for yourself, you will be taken advantage of; every single guest hates you; you MUST tell half-truths to people all the time if you expect to make any money; this position is a HUGE grind.
