      Pros

      There is a twenty word minimum but I don't have anything nice to say about the company. I hated this job.

      Cons

      Very unorganized & unprofessional company to work for. I was working as an OPC & was guarenteed salary plus commission during my interview, but recieved otherwise when I started working. If you aren't doing well in numbers, managers do not care about you. Highly disappointed & by far the worst job I have ever had. I can't wait to turn my shirts in!

      Pros

      The benefits are amazing from health benefits to hospitality discount. Opportunities are given to grow within the company. Company shows appreciation to employees from basic passing 30days up to free trips to top sales and marketing producers.

      Cons

      The pay rate can be challenging based on department. Compensation is given faster and easier to top sales and marketing reps. Bonuses are ridiculously high for 6 figure salaried employees and minimum to none for the rest.
