Pros

The people I worked with were great! I loved how small my department was. I loved the trainer. They offer a lot of awesome incentives-if you're a top performer (an incredible week trip, every year), and the pay is pretty good-if you're a top performer (easily $50-$60 K). They also do a lot of promoting within the company.

Cons

However... This job is quite difficult, imo. I've done "vac packs" for a timeshare resort before, which was wayyy easier than trying to bribe vacationers to tour the resort by calling their rooms. So, enter at your own risk. If you're an average performer, or a low performer, plan on making minimum wage. Oh, and the training was no joke, either. About 1/2 of my training class couldn't pass, which is about the standard.

Pros

When I started in 2014 we made a lot of money and wore appropriate uniforms for the pool environment. We worked in a relaxed environment and had fun.

Cons

Working here has gotten progressively worse since I started. They got rid of some managers, and brought even worse ones on board. They took off the auto-gratuity so now no one makes near the amount of money that they used to. We used to work in tank tops, which is appropriate for being on the pool deck in the Florida sun, but they changed that to hot, heavy polo shirts. Everyone keeps quitting because we're all miserable. Every change they make, makes everything worse. There is literally no perk to being a part of the company. You slave away in a hot uniform, having to walk around in the sun all day and you make a minimal amount of money. My paycheck barely covered my gas expenses some weeks.
