      Pros

      Good work life balance, great discounts and perks for employees, benefits package is above average, and the people you work with make this place worth the time.

      Cons

      Upper management is oblivious to anything that seems beneath them. Very little room for advancement and continuous changing of company standards leaves no consistency for employees to follow

      Opportunity to make uncapped money. Discounts on theme park tickets and occasional comps. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      As in any sales/marketing jobs managers always have favorites. Ongoing training is very repetitive. If someone is struggling management does very little observation to help you make changes to be more successful. Managers have so much paperwork they don't have time to focus and help performance. Schedule is always put out Friday for the following Monday and generally has mistakes. If you request off you will have to remind management multiple times. How much you make depends on what location you are scheduled. There are a couple of good locations but overall the locations aren't very good. Management does little to nothing to promote employee benefits and promotions.
