      Pros

      Management rewards hard work, talent, and willingness to be a self-starter. They are also flexible and empathetic. The technology we use is top notch and cutting edge. Your opinion matters. Very nice renovated offices to work in. Pubix is in walking distance and there are plenty of decent (albeit chain) restaurants nearby. Opportunity is there, but requires some patience and perseverance.

      Cons

      Being a self-starter is a must because one of management's weak points is project management and delegation of duties. Can rarely, if ever work from home. Because of its location, you're almost certain to pay significant road tolls.
