      Pros

      The top management likes to drink, be belligerent to staff and create an unpleasant work environment where you feel your job is in jeopardy daily. Openly showing dislike for mid level team members is unprofessionalism at its finest. Slapped on the wrist and sent back to terrorize staff. Nice !!!!

      The biggest con is not fully understanding the pros listed above until after you have been hired.

      You can make a lot of money great benefits and a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Commission based position with many ways to make money but you better understand what they are or you won't get paid.
