      Pros

      The culture is great they really care about the employees. Even more management is always willing to lend a helping hand.

      Cons

      You may find yourself waiting for years to move up the corporate ladder. There are coworkers that have been there for up to 4 years that are doing the same job as when the came in.

      Pros

      Company seems to be growin so there is lots of potential to move up. Pay is weekly which I really like. Lots of staff recognition.

      Cons

      The property is so big and right now they have staffs using the back gate to enter, from there it can take as much as 20 mins to get to main area, especially if you are stuck behind a golf cart or such and there is no consideration for this if you are tardy

      Enjoyed working with the employees in a fun sales environment.

      Cons

      Revolving door of employees. The company has unrealistic sales goals that are almost impossible to meet in the timeshare industry.
