      Pros

      Typical Sales position requires a lot of mental stamina in hearing "No" 90% of the time. If you've been in Sales, you expect that! The company does offer an awesome opportunity to make money! They also have been quite "employee friendly" by hosting huge parties and awards dinners!

      Cons

      It's difficult to sustain the level of Sales achievement necessary to meet and/or exceed your quota - a very high turnover position.

      lots of perks- cheaper hotels, theme park perks, discounted food for employees

      Cons

      bad pay, administration is sometimes overly critical and sometimes dysfunctional- VERY DISINGENUOUS

      Financially stable company Basic benefits Co-workers were great to work with Great company culture at the Corporate office and sales center in Orlando

      Cons

      Local company culture (Las Vegas) was not consistent with corporate company culture Sr. leadership led through intimidation and threats instead of mentoring and leading by example. Wages are low compared to counterpart positions in other similar companies Health insurance employee match was expensive and using a poor insurance provider.
