      Brand name,longevity,locations of the resorts...

      Cons

      Pay suck,hard to figure out when and for whar one gets paid,owning commission monies,draw they take at once, one thing ,second if iam employee ,why i have to give pay back?? So either employee or contractor..in Nevada thats a case for class action lawsuit( Grandview is prime example)...

      Leadership offered a fair and competitive wage and worked to ensure access to the resources necessary to complete my assignment. Flexible with work schedule and open to doing more than originally planned, when justified.

      Sometimes it was difficult to get time or communicate with leadership because my effort was not a shared priority for the entire department.

      Pros

      There are a lot of Benefits both internal and external such as healthcare, dental, vision, amusement park access, and discounts to many different places.

      Cons

      Downsides to working at Orange Lake are that you are expected to work approximately 60 hours a week with no additional compensation or praise. The compensation is much lower than the same position at other companies. Management is unwilling to help or guide you in any way and will most likely just answer your question with a question. Management and other departments continuously ask for more/additional work to be done, creating more work and longer hours.
