      A small portion of the work can be interesting.

      Cons

      The capital management group has got to have the worst corporate culture imaginable. The level of incompetence is matched only by the rampant dishonesty and egotism. The rest of the company may be fine to work for, but if you are thinking of working for this group, think again!

      - Co-workers are great. - Property is nice. - Social affairs for employees are generally pretty fun. - They hire a lot of people in a tough economy. - Good places to eat nearby.

      Cons

      - Senior leadership is old fashioned in that they do not understand modern employees. - Opportunity for advancement is almost non-existant. - Very high employee turnover.
