      Unethical Company with Low Pay

      Pros

      Good Insurance; they really love and reward employees that work in sales.

      Cons

      Unethical practices that harm consumers and put employees in a bad position to commit fraud. HR is not thorough and unable to assess liabilities that stem from the department heads. The pay is very low for the industry and the perks like points are not beneficial because employees are taxed heavily for using them. Employees are unable to use the marketing packages during and post employment. Unstable company with mass layoffs

      Company Culture, opportunities for growth, leader mindset, property acquisitions and expansion of offerings, great company perks and benefits, values employees, the people!

      Cons

      Can't think of any cons... maybe the sales and operations schedule could be tough for some, but you do have work life balance.

      Pros

      Holiday Inn Club Vacations treats and cares for their employees like they are part of the family. This company is very supportive of work/life balance and taking care of one another. The culture is phenomenal and the company promotes family coming first. Additionally leadership cares and promotes your development with consistent coaching and guidance to help you grow in your career.

      Cons

      This company is growing and you definitely need to be adaptable. For me that is exciting however it can be challenging if change is hard for you.
