      Pros

      I have worked the majority of my career at Holiday Inn Club Vacations and I can't imagine working anywhere else! I've had so many opportunities to develop my skills and challenge myself to reach my fullest potential. I've also had the honor of working with some amazing leaders and mentors. Today, I get to pay it forward as a mentor to others. I truly value the relationships and connections I've been able to make throughout my career.

      Cons

      Our company is growing at a record-breaking speed and at times I feel like I can't stop to catch my breath. We also have challenges with technology not keeping pace with the changes around us.
