Cons
No overtime. Extremely undervalued and underpaid. The amount of work and accuracy required of you versus the amount you get paid does not match. At $14/hr, you could make more at a fast food chain or grocery store. Considering this company considers this position and it's work "important", it doesn't feel like it. Instead it feels like the company just doesn't care and is just skimming by. Constant software outages and constant changes to the rules makes it frustrating to work as your flow changes constantly.
