Pros

I really like the main manager, he’s a good guy. Some of the TOs are good too. They pay 8% which goes up through the year the more you sell.

Cons

They have a crooked rotation. You can’t ask about the rotation because they just tell you THATS THE WAY IT IS. Aka NOTHINGS GONNA CHANGE. You will one day get a tour first even if you are at the bottom and the next day wait till the very end of the day with no rhyme or reason as to why. They hold tours for their favorite people and praise the same people who get the Renters and Latitudes (even though those people/tours have monetary credit towards down payments) and the rest of us have to scrounge money from the people to get sales. They constantly harp on doing the script and if you don’t sell it’s because you didn’t say it WORD FOR WORD. People come and go in this place like changing your underwear, they will just say it’s because they ‘can’t sell’. If you have sales skills and self respect I would highly advise against this place. If you just want to make $500 a week and be micro managed-this is the place for you.

Pros

Get to meet new people every single day, get to hear their life stories, cry with them, hug them, laugh with them, and be part of their vacation experience!

Cons

The hot walks all over the campus can be a bit much. Nobody likes to break their heels off every 2 months and sweat profusely in front of guests. The summer heat here can be brutal and I'd guess that some guests find it repulsive to be with reps who are dripping sweat, having to wear suit coats and pants. Upper management was not pleasant. A strong sense of arrogance and testosterone all around. Not a lot of opportunity in management for women.

Pros

If you make a sale a week, you're doing exceptional. They provide a scale where you start with 9% of each commission you make but it raises throughout the year based on total volume being produced. You receive mentorship and education in the role continuously. They offer SPIFFS each day to add incentive. They provide all expense trips to those who outperform their coworkers. They have quarterly awards dinners to highest performs that are all expense and you receive gifts such as Tiffanys.

Cons

They imply that you will be making 20% deals of the tours that you see. This is just not true, at least in the Lee location. Top performers have sales once or twice a week, and this statistic is true during the slower months where you only saw 5 tours that week. However, the norm is for people to make sales once or twice a month at that location. Management is a toss up too. Some are exceptionally supportive, others will make you feel uncomfortable with their commission breath. Make sure you learn the script, and you'll see steady income, but if you have a slow month you will be made to feel uncomfortable.
