You can get health insurance.

Cons

They also cut their comp plan year after year despite record sales. You also run the risk of not getting ANY calls even if you've been here for years.coaching is also nonexistent. If you struggle you're not going to get any help. So the "good money" is a lie. Go elsewhere because you'll be doing this garbage job for $16 an hour.
