      Opportunity for decent and even great money.

      Cons

      Will get canned if not making monthly quota, even during months when tours are almost nonexistent and you don’t get the opportunity to take any tours.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, constant change. Enjoyed people I worked with just not mgmt

      Cons

      Underpaid, not straightforward and honest. Treated sales and marketing better than the resort side staff. Turned head to illegal things when the person was making the company money. Micro managed. No work life balance. Would get called at midnight for items already discussed during day.
