Pay is disgustingly below market rates. Got a 40% raise by leaving, even after a raise/promotion. Fails to distinguish high performers. They have far too many "lifers" who do very little outside collecting a paycheck. C Suite and directors are wildly out of touch with their employees.

Be careful that you choose the correct position because you will have to wait 6 months to transfer within the company for a new hire and 3 months to transfer if you have been there for more than 6 months. This is why I do not work here any more. I did very well in Activations for 6 months and wanted to move into sales with better income potential. The sales department I moved into was still in the beginning stages of working out the kinks in the process. I found 2 other sales departments that were doing very well for most of the employees and I wanted to transfer to either of them. Because I would have to wait 3 months to transfer I had to resign and find a position outside of the company. I really cannot say much else about my experience because most of my time here was very positive and I loved the people here. I just have a family to take care of and have to put that first.
