      Just Another Sales Job, not a "Home"

      Beautiful Resort, good benefits and travel perks

      Cons

      Unless your in the top 25 percent of sales people your going to be sitting around an awful lot waiting for a tour. They definitely keep the top performers working. There's plenty of sitting around waiting for a tour. Layoffs are done in large numbers to the "Action Line" when things get slow. HIGH TURNOVER! Be prepared and save your money. Work very weekend!

      Hard to get fired from this location as lack of attendance is rarely punished

      Cons

      Favoritism everywhere, especially if you fit in a culture sub-group.

      Great company that values it's workers. You can tell from the upper management and down that they love the brand, the culture, and the people. Great place to work and cultivate relationships.
