      Pros

      Travel Perks - but dig in - don't just accept IHG as your perk, there are more - again, misleading - oops this is suppose to be a pro!

      Closed down marketing just before holidays - eliminating over 500 jobs

      Pros

      Convenient to most parks. Often host employee cook outs and offer discounted hotel stays. Flex scheduling in certain roles and sub par benefits.

      Cons

      Sketchy management. Often promoting anyone to manager despite their ineptitude. Cowboy management decisions are often made and anyone outside of the "good ole boys club" is left to fend for themselves.
