Commissions changes often and not in employees favor. Company keeps first 13 sales for themselves!! Daily bonuses were removed and went from 18 an hr too 17!! They don’t care anymore to pay well because they make so much of the first 13 sales of yours. They hire in volume and suck the life out of you until your good enough to sell those first 13 sales and the commission after that has slowly diminished. You have to make soooo many sales to get a decent check. Money here is no longer good. They bring in new people constantly with illusions of making tons of money but really just want them to get good enough to take their first 13 sales. After that if they do t sell they get rid of you. Your expected to sell to people called by third party “scam risk” from India or another foreign contracted company to do a survey then it’s transferred to you and your expected to sell them and to get them to give you their credit card over the phone. Very despicable , company went down hill after COVID. (And continues to go down)
