      Working as a rooms controller you have the benefit of working behind the scenes and offer support for the team throughout guest services.

      Cons

      There is barely any recognition shown to the hard work you provide. As you follow company policies and regulation as what was trained, the management department will always bend those policies and does not provide the strong backbone needed to support those in the rooms controller position.
