Pros

Dont have to deal with customers as a housekeeper, always off by a decent time.

Cons

There were some employees who should've been let go due to extremely poor cleaning standards, not changing sheets etc. But since they were fast and kept the budget down, they were allowed to stay on and continue their bad service.

You get to meet a lot of cool people from all around the world/ room to move up in management but doesn't always come with a raise

Cons

NO benefits/ NO breaks/ have to ask for raises/ turnover rate super high/

Raises, paid vacation time, room discounts, awesome co workers. Free food at lunch time from the breakfast bar. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Pay is low, impossible to get full time hours. Management hired family, so there was favoritism. Being singled out by management.
