- Staff are friendly. - Colleagues are nice (find yourself a good circle). - There is always room of opportunity to grow your career. I learnt a lot during my tenure. - Work-life balance. - The salary isn't very satisfactory, but at least it's consistent — even during the COVID period, which heavily affected the hospitality industry. - I love the CSR month. All activities are fun to join.

Cons

- Salary-wise, it's a bit unsatisfactory. - In my personal opinion, i think the long term staff are not well appreciated. - Bonus comes with terms that allow the company to reclaim it. - Staff benefit.
