-Terrible management -Terrible slack, and un-responsible culture -horrible non balancing workload -no team spirit -under evaluate each post difficulties -lack of supporting -not allow with any noise about issues or problems, only have positives

Management. As you climb in the ladder, you lose your patience for your employees—and the willingness to help. Initially, you’re invited to call whenever you need something. Overtime, it will be apparent that you are bothersome—and occasionally have the phone hung up in your face. Same thing goes for the maintenance man, who will invite you to call him whenever there’s a worker order, insist on it because he apparently gets double pay—but then will never come. You are left to figure it out and get a slap on the wrist later versus being trained properly and thoroughly the first time. Don’t tell your colleagues any personal information you don’t want shared.
