Expected to stay after you’ve finished to work more without pay Housekeeping manager is a bully and they even refer to her as the “witch”. REFUSED to get my name correct, worked there for months and never once got my name correct, just complete and utter ignorance Expected highest standards of her staff but her rooms were always a mess (along with her behaviour) and never done properly, i.e. the bed not being made correctly She was just a bully- how she speaks to people is completely vile. This was a known consensus around staff as they always spoke about what she was like and the fact this behaviour was accepted by the holiday inn express is shocking - explained why they had high staff turnover in this department when I was there
